Effective fleet management requires accurate, up-to-date
information — and we compile it and provide it to you. Our consolidated
monthly billing includes rental invoices for all your vehicles and a miscellaneous
invoice for value-added services such as fuel and services obtained through
our maintenance management programs.
We will send you weekly status reports that cover
vehicles that are on order from the factory. You will also receive a monthly,
up-to-date fleet inventory of all leased vehicles on your monthly Rental
Invoice. Our reporting includes Exception Analysis Reports for lessees
that utilize fuel card or maintenance management programs. Detailed reporting
is one more way that we take the bumps out of the road for your fleet
management.
How It Works
- You receive one consolidated monthly invoice that
includes comprehensive information on your vehicles, from dates in service
to current book values.
- You also receive one monthly invoice containing
charges, if applicable, for fuel card and maintenance management activity.
- We review your reports for each vehicle, as well
as your overall fleet performance, and make timely recommendations for actions to ensure that the best cost control
and cost savings guidelines are in place.
