Universal Fuel Credit Card Program “Fuel Card”

Our Fuel Card program, co-branded through Wright Express, offers you another opportunity to control costs, improve security, simplify accounting and enhance driver productivity. Our Fuel Card is accepted at over 90% of the nation’s retail fuel locations. The program provides comprehensive control of fuel costs while minimizing time spent on fleet management.

How It Works

1. Each driver in your fleet is issued a Wright Express Fuel Card with a vehicle identifier, account number and expiration date
2. When your drivers purchase fuel, they simply enter a secure driver ID number and the mileage on their vehicle. They never have to save receipts or file reports for fuel reimbursements.
3. You receive a monthly invoice for all fuel purchased on the card, a convenient way to eliminate writing checks to many vendors or drivers.
4. You receive a monthly report of all fuel purchases by each driver. You also receive an Exception Analysis Report which includes: unauthorized fuel types, weekend or holiday purchases, fill-ups exceeding tank capacity or purchases exceeding your price-per-gallon limit.
